Overall, a very clean, quiet place to live. They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests and very receptive to any questions/concerns.

Good apartment and little issues. Maintenance is helpful. They also upgraded the kitchen devices which is nice. The occasional events is nice and the lobby is nice.

It's been great so far! Maintenance has been really fast and all the facilities have been perfect. The random free cookies and breakfast definitely made me happy.

The apartment building is aesthetically pleasing, creating a nice first impression. The communal spaces are also nice and provide opportunities to meet neighbors. The location is convenient, with nearby bus stop and NCRB.

I like living at The Courtyards, it is very clean and secure. I like how the bus is nearby. I like how there is access to a coffee machine in the lobby, occasional free items for residents.

I do like the quick maintenance when we report broken items in the apartment. It makes it really convenient as students could go to class and return knowing they could use it again.

I love all the work the staff put in to make the Courtyards a fun place to live! I've loved all of the community events lately, as well as freebie Friday.

Courtyards is one of the best apartments that I have lived in so far. The amenities and floorplan both make the price worth living here. Additionally, the events are also nice.

I have been here since the start of the semester and have really enjoyed living here. Courtyards has wonderful study spaces and other hangout facilities. I’m also a huge fan of the coffee machine in the lobby.

Location, Room condition, Front desk... Everything is perfect. I want to extend my lease. Also, the apartment maintenance service is so good.

Living in this apartment has been a delight. The spacious layout provides ample room for all my needs, and the natural light that fills the rooms is wonderful.
