I like how convenient it is in terms of geographic location to the bus station, but every day at 8 am, construction starts just next to my window, which is quite disturbing

I’ve had a great experience living at The Courtyards this is my third year here! The neighborhood is really nice and quiet, which makes it an easy place to focus and relax. The management team has always been responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled quickly.

Love everything except 3 things so far - 1. package delivery that gets stolen so fast within an hour of delivery; 1. wifi issues that get resolved only office hours which causes issue with weekend homework. 3. Visitor parking charging $10 per visit after 1st visit is not right. When my parents visit it's difficult for them to come park and visit for short duration without paying $10 each time. Hope some changes can be made to make the overall experience 5 stars. Stolen packages is a huge bummer, it's like where am I living...among thieves

Pretty good. I like how clean everything looks and the shared living space is very cozy. The hardwood floors are nice and so is having an attached bathroom

My time at Courtyards has been pretty good so far! The building is always quiet, making studying and relaxing very easy. There are some issues with the appliances, but it is always swiftly fixed.

Nice apartment, great events, and very community-oriented staff! I have lived here for 3 years, and although I am leaving this July, I will forever carry the memories and friendships that I made here.

Overall decent experience. It is a little pricey and the prices seem to be rising. During the winter some of the side walk was icy. They host nice community events.

I really enjoy courtyard, clean, quiet and close to engineering school. Staffs are friendly and quick to any maintenance issues. It is walking distance to all engineering schools and 10mins drive to south of campus.

Living at courtyards has been a nice experience. It's convenient for me since my classes are primarily on North Campus, so I can walk to my classes most of the time. It's also convenient that Bursley is next to Courtyards.

Great place to live! Maintenance, front desk, and amenities are all amazing. The only annoying part is all the construction that's happening and the noise.

After spending over a semester at Courtyards Apartments, I can proudly say that it is one of the best student apartments at the University of Michigan. I really like the quiet environment of this apartment complex and how it is located close to my engineering classes. I also like how maintenance arrives promptly and how nice the staff members are. I can't wait to live another school year at this amazing apartment!

Courtyards has very friendly staff, and is in a convenient location to get to north campus classes. I have enjoyed my time living here. The student game room and study lounges are also nice features.

Living here is great! This is my second year here, and I had no issues. Maintenance is really fast, and the front desk is quick to help with any questions.

Not a bad location, close to the gym and Bursely Dining Hall. Depending on which building you get, it might be a pain to get to Bursely or the dining hall.

I really like the environment of Courtyards and how close it is to my engineering courses. I also like how spacious my bedroom is and the bathroom's great quality and design.

Courtyards is a solid apartment for the price and location. I will say the price can be slightly deceiving since what they advertise on their website does not include things like utilities, electricity, and required form fees.

I love all the community events! The staff are very friendly. And the maintenance team is very helpful, always answering our requests within the same day. I especially like the lobby area -- my friends and I really enjoy studying there at night.

Overall, my experience renting at Courtyard has been positive. The community is generally pleasant, and the location is convenient. However, there are a couple of recurring issues. The primary concern is the air conditioning unit, which can be quite loud and sometimes disrupts sleep. Related to this is the poor soundproofing between apartments. I can frequently hear my neighbors, which diminishes the sense of privacy and quiet enjoyment of my space. Despite these noise issues, the apartment itself is comfortable, and the management is typically responsive. If the property could improve the insulation and sound dampening, the living experience would be excellent.

Courtyards has been amazing so far, the apartments are very clean, and the bug control is mostly good. The walls are super thick and I have yet to hear any loud neighbors. The community here is incredible, my roommates and I have befriended a lot of people!

Great place to live and lovely people. I really enjoy living in courtyards. The apartments are spacious and the lounges in each floor are great study areas as well as great areas to hang out with friends. I would undoubtedly recommend courtyards to anyone looking for housing

Really Happy with the place! Great Location for an engineer. Super helpful that you can request repairs any time. Great to cook and store your own food. Only complaint is that some of the living rooms have sturdy metal bars that take up a lot of space.

As someone who was coming from living in the dorms to living at Courtyards, this transition was very smooth for me. I enjoy the location and being right next to the bus stop, as well as the coffee machine located in the lobby.

So far my experience here has been pretty good, the staff has been nice and helpful. It is very quiet, no major issues. I would say the parking fee is kind of expensive so I chose not to have a car on campus which is slightly inconvenient.

So far, I have had a great experience here at the Courtyards. There is little to complain about except for a few incidents that are bound to happen for someone living on the first floor(Washing machine flooding with the dirty water from the upstairs neighbor's, noisy neighbors, etc.). Overall, I love the sense of security I have around this part of town, the staff's friendly and inviting demeanor, and just how efficiently everything is run. Being a student, I love not having to worry about the maintenance aspect of life as much while I pursue my degree.

Living at Courtyards Ann Arbor has been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff are genuinely friendly and responsive—they’ve been helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. However, there are a couple of issues that could be improved. The air conditioning unit is noticeably loud. Additionally, the water pressure in the apartment is quite low, making showers less comfortable than they should be.

I've lived here for over a year, and overall, the experience has been solid. The maintenance team is responsive and professional—usually handling requests within 24 hours. The common areas are kept clean, and parking is generally available. Management is approachable, though communication on community updates could be more consistent. Still, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

The maintenance crew are wonderful! The front office workers are extremely helpful, and the location is great for students on campus. The price can be steep but worth it to live on north.

Nice amenities, the kitchen equipment has been recently replaced and the new stuff is very nice to use. Feel safe as well, and the price is better than central campus.

Maintenance is especially amazing. If I submit a work order, they get to it straight away and are efficient. Events by the staff are also great.

I have had a great time living at courtyards! The community is good and respectful. The maintenance is excellent as well. The only thing that can be improved is adding water fountains in all buildings.

Everytime I put in a Maintenance request, they are always resolved quickly, free coffee and tea every morning. Staff in the office is super polite and respectful.

The apartment is conveniently located by bus stops on both sides, as well as plenty of retail options. Maintenance also responds quickly to issues.
