Living here is great! This is my second year here, and I had no issues. Maintenance is really fast, and the front desk is quick to help with any questions.

Not a bad location, close to the gym and Bursely Dining Hall. Depending on which building you get, it might be a pain to get to Bursely or the dining hall.

Courtyards is a solid apartment for the price and location. I will say the price can be slightly deceiving since what they advertise on their website does not include things like utilities, electricity, and required form fees.

I love all the community events! The staff are very friendly. And the maintenance team is very helpful, always answering our requests within the same day. I especially like the lobby area -- my friends and I really enjoy studying there at night.

Overall, my experience renting at Courtyard has been positive. The community is generally pleasant, and the location is convenient. However, there are a couple of recurring issues. The primary concern is the air conditioning unit, which can be quite loud and sometimes disrupts sleep. Related to this is the poor soundproofing between apartments. I can frequently hear my neighbors, which diminishes the sense of privacy and quiet enjoyment of my space. Despite these noise issues, the apartment itself is comfortable, and the management is typically responsive. If the property could improve the insulation and sound dampening, the living experience would be excellent.

Courtyards has been amazing so far, the apartments are very clean, and the bug control is mostly good. The walls are super thick and I have yet to hear any loud neighbors. The community here is incredible, my roommates and I have befriended a lot of people!

Great place to live and lovely people. I really enjoy living in courtyards. The apartments are spacious and the lounges in each floor are great study areas as well as great areas to hang out with friends. I would undoubtedly recommend courtyards to anyone looking for housing

Really Happy with the place! Great Location for an engineer. Super helpful that you can request repairs any time. Great to cook and store your own food. Only complaint is that some of the living rooms have sturdy metal bars that take up a lot of space.

As someone who was coming from living in the dorms to living at Courtyards, this transition was very smooth for me. I enjoy the location and being right next to the bus stop, as well as the coffee machine located in the lobby.

So far my experience here has been pretty good, the staff has been nice and helpful. It is very quiet, no major issues. I would say the parking fee is kind of expensive so I chose not to have a car on campus which is slightly inconvenient.

So far, I have had a great experience here at the Courtyards. There is little to complain about except for a few incidents that are bound to happen for someone living on the first floor(Washing machine flooding with the dirty water from the upstairs neighbor's, noisy neighbors, etc.). Overall, I love the sense of security I have around this part of town, the staff's friendly and inviting demeanor, and just how efficiently everything is run. Being a student, I love not having to worry about the maintenance aspect of life as much while I pursue my degree.

Living at Courtyards Ann Arbor has been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff are genuinely friendly and responsive—they’ve been helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. However, there are a couple of issues that could be improved. The air conditioning unit is noticeably loud. Additionally, the water pressure in the apartment is quite low, making showers less comfortable than they should be.

I've lived here for over a year, and overall, the experience has been solid. The maintenance team is responsive and professional—usually handling requests within 24 hours. The common areas are kept clean, and parking is generally available. Management is approachable, though communication on community updates could be more consistent. Still, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

The maintenance crew are wonderful! The front office workers are extremely helpful, and the location is great for students on campus. The price can be steep but worth it to live on north.

Nice amenities, the kitchen equipment has been recently replaced and the new stuff is very nice to use. Feel safe as well, and the price is better than central campus.

Maintenance is especially amazing. If I submit a work order, they get to it straight away and are efficient. Events by the staff are also great.

Provides nice complementaries and floor plans are great. Lounge is spacious and there are plenty of events for the residents. I do wish ventilation was better in the apartment

Things are pretty fine for the experience. I can sleep here but sometimes roommate keeps chatting too loud at 3 am. It would probably be better with sound proof wall or vents

I have lived here for 3 years and I believe Courtyards has all the amenities that you could need, as well as in unit washers and driers which is extremely convenient.

I have had a great time living at courtyards! The community is good and respectful. The maintenance is excellent as well. The only thing that can be improved is adding water fountains in all buildings.

Everytime I put in a Maintenance request, they are always resolved quickly, free coffee and tea every morning. Staff in the office is super polite and respectful.

The apartment is conveniently located by bus stops on both sides, as well as plenty of retail options. Maintenance also responds quickly to issues.

The apartment building is aesthetically pleasing, creating a nice first impression. The communal spaces are also nice and provide opportunities to meet neighbors. The location is convenient, with nearby bus stop and NCRB.

I do like the quick maintenance when we report broken items in the apartment. It makes it really convenient as students could go to class and return knowing they could use it again.

I have been here since the start of the semester and have really enjoyed living here. Courtyards has wonderful study spaces and other hangout facilities. I’m also a huge fan of the coffee machine in the lobby.
