So far, living in the courtyards is an amazing experience. Some of the conditions in the rooms are a little funky, which is no big deal, and the other tenants are amazing. They are respectful and kind!

I've lived here for over a year, and overall, the experience has been solid. The maintenance team is responsive and professional—usually handling requests within 24 hours. The common areas are kept clean, and parking is generally available. Management is approachable, though communication on community updates could be more consistent. Still, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

The leasing process was very easy to complete for my roommates and I. They were available via phone or email if we had any questions. We are excited to live there next semester.

I love the community and life here and I plan on staying through my entire college! Courtyards has a very preferable location and social gatherings are fun and exciting. The apartments are maintained very well.

The apartment is conveniently located by bus stops on both sides, as well as plenty of retail options. Maintenance also responds quickly to issues.

Good apartment and little issues. Maintenance is helpful. They also upgraded the kitchen devices which is nice. The occasional events is nice and the lobby is nice.

It's been great so far! Maintenance has been really fast and all the facilities have been perfect. The random free cookies and breakfast definitely made me happy.

The apartment building is aesthetically pleasing, creating a nice first impression. The communal spaces are also nice and provide opportunities to meet neighbors. The location is convenient, with nearby bus stop and NCRB.

I like living at The Courtyards, it is very clean and secure. I like how the bus is nearby. I like how there is access to a coffee machine in the lobby, occasional free items for residents.

I do like the quick maintenance when we report broken items in the apartment. It makes it really convenient as students could go to class and return knowing they could use it again.

Courtyards is one of the best apartments that I have lived in so far. The amenities and floorplan both make the price worth living here. Additionally, the events are also nice.

I have been here since the start of the semester and have really enjoyed living here. Courtyards has wonderful study spaces and other hangout facilities. I’m also a huge fan of the coffee machine in the lobby.
